RRAIN understands that urgent work to ensure food security, develop communities and protect and regenerate the environment cannot be postponed. That is why all RRAIN projects are currently self-funded. The development of subsistence, emerging and small-scale farmers are funded by membership fees of the larger family and commercial farmers and other families supporting our cause. We choose to do what is possible with the funding we currently have available – funding is however the single biggest factor limiting the number and scope of RRAIN projects.
